GW2500B question

Heres what I have and what's going on.
I obviously have the GW2500B, my weekend watch.
I live in PA, outside the auto update area (600 mile radius of Ft. Collins, CO)
The analog hands are showing a different time than actual time. In T2 mode the true local time is shown digitally in the window above the 6.
In all modes the hands remain in the same position about 3:12 ahead of actual time.
When cycling through the modes the watch won't go to T1.
I love wearing this watch, and I prefer to keep The date in the window above the 6 and look at the hands to tell the time.
Battery level is medium.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!!

I figured it out. I just didn't understand the problem to begin with, therefore finding the answer was more difficult. The only issue was that the hands weren't synced with the digital. I had to go and get everything into their correct 'home position' and it did the trick!!
