Hi Matic, welcome to the zone!
You can toggle auto EL by pressing and holding the light button for 5 seconds, it won't stay on however as it's not a solar model...
You can adjust the hands back to their home positions to correct any misalignments, but I can't recall how to do that on your model so best to look at a manual
