Why won't my Atomic G-Shock synch to the towers?

Hi there wsmith7069 on the display does it say rcvd? When this is constantly displayed this means it is set to auto which will update the watch itself.
This should happen when you first manually update it..
BACKBLAST 72 is very correct it should tell you if it is atomic, and it should be in the instructions

I don't know how much you know about G-Shocks but I can tell you just by the model number you typed that your watch is not atomic. All models which are ATOMIC will have the "Whiskey" identifier in the alphanumeric code for example "GW-9400-1CR THE RANGEMAN," "GW-A1100-1A3 THE GRAVITY DEFIER," AND "GW-3500B-1A9 THE COMBAT GRAVITY DEFIER." I am not trying to be a jerk, just trying to educate you in our hobby. And another thing most Atomic G-Shocks will say somewhere in the faceplate "Multiband-6 and some of the old one will say Multiband-5."
