Hi guys just wanted to let those of you in the UK know that you can trade up your Tesco clubcard points for four times there value at Goldsmiths. Looks like you have to do it through Tesco website but means you could cash in 60 quids worth of points and then pick up an Aviator for only ten pounds not bad for a 250 quid watch.

That is a good deal. Is it a long term offer?

I kinda want the orange strapped Aviator pretty bad. You have to claim the points through Tesco website.

The gw-3000m-4aer > http://www.goldsmiths.co.uk/product/g-shock-aviation-orange-gents-watch-gw-3000m-4aer? Nice choice!

Got to ring tesco clubcard over the next couple of days to try and access by clubcard points online.

Been down to my local Goldsmiths and can say I was shocked, they had a 9300 Mudman, and a black and red Frogman. First time I've seen either in the flesh. Needless to say I cashed in some vouchers yesterday, and once there here something nice will be getting purchased.

Good stuff, let us know what you go for. Still haven't got round to sorting my clubcard out, need to do so!

Which mudman? The G-9300 or GW-9300??

I went down to a retail outlet today to do some crimbo shopping and discovered that there was a Goldsmiths there. Now because it's an outlet store you can't use your vouchers but they had a pretty good collection of G's and all with 33% off. I wasn't planning on getting anymore until the Dee and Ricky hits stores, but when I saw a 9300 mudman marked down to 117 quid I couldn't resist. I spoke with staff who said they only received the G collection yesterday and that what was on display was all they had. Needless to say I could of bought a air few but limited myself to just two.

Once I got home I found that my clubcard/goldsmith tokens had arrived. So I might be popping out to purchase something else tomorrow, possible non G though.

Two fine choices, that Mudman looks great. What did the Zombie slayer go for?

Not heard of the Goldsmiths outlets before. Other than the two Gs you bagged any other items of interest.

Enjoy shopping with your vouchers :D

They had loads a choice. Atomic Riseman, Gulfman, MTGs, Aviators and even a black and red frogman

With the discount I got the zombie slayer for 50 quid. I thought it was called that but wasn't sure. The shop were calling it the Ghostbuster. I can't believe how bright green the back light is.

All at a discount? Given it was an outlet was there anything even nominally wrong with them? Returns or somesuch?

Ghostbusters is a good a name as any for this one, Zombie Slayer is a forum nickname rather than proper Casio name afaik.

I can't see, and wasn't told of any faults. They both came with tins and boxes, and the warranty cards for both watches and batteries were stamped up.

After visiting a few Goldsmith stores I finally made a purchase with the use of my clubcard vouchers.

Beauty! What do you reckon to the new Frog then? Seen them but never managed to try one? Might have to shop more at Tesco if that's what you can get with points :D

I know what you mean hopefully they'll do something similar next year. Might even let the Mrs buy more shopping in that case ha ha.

I've been out all day and haven't had chance to play with it yet. Did manage to get the shop to sweeten the deal a little and throw in the little metal rock display mount.

The little rock mount is pretty cool! Do you have any other Frogs in your collection to compare it against.
