It still isn't charging. Today- I out it outside on top of my wife's white SUVat 0700 hrs. It was outside ALL day and charging level did not change. I also tried to use the cradle again- nothing.

The OD Green was my first G-Shock and I love it. I then got the Green Camo with the carbon fiber band and it was much easier for me to read the standard LCD instead of the negative display.

Is most of that Chicken Poop? If so- the Rangeman will be fine. I've seen some exposed to Welding, Concrete and other harsh environments and they do well. Just remember- it is a rugged but not indestructible watch.

I bought a Demagnetizer and gave it a try. At first, nothing happened. I removed the band so the watch had better contact with the unit and the hands started going crazy. It took me a while to figure out how to manually adjust all of the hands.

I have a GG1000 Mudmaster and the Second Hand is out of Sync. I perform the manual H. I never had good results setting them in the window. I place mine out in the direct sun in the morning and leave them for 6-8 hrs. They might get a little hot (Florida Sun) and the LCDs might washout for a little while, but they charge fully (H).
