Thanks after spending 2 days on my windowsill all is ok apart from the date and time etc

Hi all hoping somebody who can help. I've a Casio GS-1150-1aer and it's been kept in a draw for the past month I took it out expecting it to sort out the time etc but everything's stuck on 12 according to the guide its due to low power I've had the watch at my windows for 24 hours and nothing??
