Been collecting watches for years--mostly high end (Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Breitling, IWC, Panerai, Omega etc.). I used to shy away from quartz, but I started prepping a year ago and began searching for a watch that would last me to the end of time (literally) if SHTF. While Panerai, Rolex and AP look great on the wrists of those Hollywood operators in movies like the expendables, real operators where G-Shocks. So, if I am going digital/quartz, I am going to go with the maker of unapologetically digital watches with great quality and no pretenses. Casio G-Shock---Perfect! Every luxury watch collector should have at least one in their box.
