    I assume you have read the manual and are still stuck. I would go see a watch store that sells Casio. I'm sure someone there will be able to determine if there is a defect in the watch or you just need a little help. Good luck and let us know how you made out.

    If your barometric pressure change indicator is turned on, the manual receive will not work. I had exactly the same problem. Even Casio service said I needed a new module. Hope this helps.
