Hi guys, newbie here, I recently purchased an used PRT-40 very cheaply, knowing however, that it might be defective. Anyway, I checked the batteries (both V399's are fully loaded) and tried resetting the watch - with no effect, though. The display doesn't show any sign of life... Any ideas...
