Considering this.

Old school Riseman, nice! Depends on condition I guess, if it has a stock fabric strap and is in worn condition I'd expect anywhere from £35-60. If it comes on the plastic strap and/or is a special edition it could be £70 - £100 again assuming used.

The Terje Haakonsen models are more expensive than the standard Riseman and quite sought after: http://forums.watchuseek.com/f17/unused-terje-haakonsen-riseman-captured-477955.html

For me the 9100 is the nicest of the Riseman designs and definitely worth having; check out Sjors' description of the watch, as usual very detailed and well illustrated:

If it has everything working and if it has the correct paw-print G-Lide style strap then try him at lowest price possible and be prepared to pay up to £80 id it is in almost unworn nick.

Or give me his email and I'll buy it :D

Last one sold on eBay for £83 posted > http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CASIO-G-S...sWatches_GL&hash=item3cba7e8276#ht_825wt_1185. I've seen them listed for waaaaay more on WUS and elsewhere. Would agree with macspite that I'd not be lloking to go more than 80 on it. Is it the white or yellow version?

It`s off white with brown centre in the strap if that makes sense.it`s well worn but in pretty good nick and all working as should.Being a tight b@s_ _ _d i`ll probably offer him about £30 and see his reaction.:pirate:

Sounds reasonable, centre of the strap is a sort of nicotine stain brown? That sounds pretty much like ageing of the resin, not necessarily becoming brittle, just discoloured. Possibly the same thing occurring with the bezel. So yes, keep the offer on the low side to begin with.

Only problem is that some things in this forum seem to feature on Google fairly soon after posting so if your man is doing his own research into "Terje Haakonsen" he may find this thread!

Possibly one for Mr Moderator to consider?
