I'm Damian, this is my first post and new to this forum and after much research on here I've settled on buying the Casio Pro Trek PRW-1500-1VER which is a great watch with plenty of features for walking and fishing. The moon/tide data and compass are accurate and so is the barometer, although the altimeter is rarely accurate even after calibration but I'm not too fussed as I don't use this feature.
My main concern is a slight flicker on the digital display when the watch is charging under bright sunlight but I must stress this is hardly noticeable and doesn't happen under normal lighting conditions. I am just concerned to whether this behavior is normal?. because if it is a fault then it could get worse over time.
