Why so few Rangeman in shops in the UK ?

I visited the Casio store in Covent Garden. One of the salesmen told me that the Rangeman was being discontinued. I assumed that he meant in the UK.

Why do there seem to be so few in shops in the UK ?

There's a big clock in London so people don't need watches.

I haven't seen any literature to support the claim that G-Shock is discontinuing the Rangeman. They just released a new version of it not that long ago; so unless they have completely revamped the watch I don't seem them canning this awesome Master of G edition.

Ernest Jones and some H Samuel stores stock the Rangeman, i got my Gulfman from Ernest Jones and i looked at the Rangeman before getting my GN-1000B
