Burton rangeman inquiry

Hi guys need help. Is it true. Coz theres a guy who says that all Rangeman Burton has a defect ot factory defect . he says the inner bezel at 1 o clock position has a bad texture or something. Is it true.

Not sure but I can tell you all of the Rangemans with the Carbon Fiber band have an odd discoloration at the 1 o'clock position. I thought it was a defect in the crystal at first, but then noticed it on all of them online.
