you can see from this pic, that even a white bezel looks sharp. obv poor lighting and it still has the baby blue, but you can see the potential in this pic...potential in many colors other than what's on it now..lol

it looks like we're witnessing the riseman becoming dated and antiquated before our very eyes.... the feeling i'm getting as if their being frowned upon and plentiful. bad juju and a ton of supply makes for low prices...+ the rangeman might be the final nail in the coffin.

i think it's already proven to be worth more than the base model riseman. the ebay prices don't lie. there's more base models + pre-owned 9200 riseman. even if new it doesn't demand as much money as the burton model. i don't think this will change. casio must have pumped out 10 riseman...

i like the stark clean, relatively void of text border of this collab. i would never wear this watch w/ the mish mash of pink,..baby blue and red band/bezel. however,..this watch looks like it would make a great mod. 1-take off multi color bezel/strap. 2-use matte black bezel 2a-use...

you might be right. in order to keep the illusion that the solar/atomic is special they may have to keep the other model around..but, if g-shock is ever going to start raising their prices to have perceived quality stuff, as opposed to being an cheap digital watch....one way is to include it...

i like following the pricing of this watch while watching the riseman pricing move as well. wasn't the base model riseman was tag priced or msrp @ $220? i don't know how much more the solar/atomic versions were, the solar/atimc versions can now be had new @ $170....that's a pretty big drop off...

i love looking @ the blue version of this watch. i appreciate the color aspect g's have and utilize, but i just can't bring myself to wear them. maybe if i go off the deep end i will buy just to look at and not wear........lol

good question. i've wanted to but never ordered from them because of the extra shipping cost to the usa. i didn't even think about the delays. btw,..how much did you pay for shipping, and will there be any other added cost for you?

futures speculation: the g shock burton 100btn you really don't see many on the bay anymore. what i mean by that is pages of them. they price out @ around $175+/- which seems to be the going rate. i wonder what the future holds for this collab? it seems like burton is more well known...
