    DW-6900 BAPE (red)

    Not sure if the red BAPEs had a 1000 or 2000 piece run. That site is a shocker (excuse the pun ;) ) !

    DW-6900 BAPE (red)

    Good luck and let us know the outcome. If it's on a well known auction site chances are it's faux. Plenty of other very cool collaboration available which aren't faked, check a few on the front page > http://www.g-shockzone.com/list.php?category/44-Collaboration

    @macspite - beat me too it! Maybe start a fake spotting guide / section / post.

    DW-6900 BAPE (red)

    Think there were 2000 red made, but I can't be 1000% There are many many many fake BAPE DW-6900s for sale. If you're looking at one or have bought one post up a picture and/or link to the auction/sale and we can advise. In the meantime here are a couple I've found REAL Bape x G-Shock DW-6900...

    WRUW : 21st Nov - > 27th Nov

    Started the week with one I retrieved from storage. The G-300LV in white. One of the few I bought from new, picked it up in Akihabra.

    Now that's a Gun! The DW-9500 looks nicely used, strap looks very stock. Gone with the G-Lide today. Hoping for a new arrival in the post tomorrow :D

    Nice win, glad it went to someone on here. I did have a small go at that one :D Didn't realise it had an extra long strap....

    Not a G today. Casio DBC-32. Quite like the coloured versions of these but they always seem quite pricey!

    G-Shock Army Green Series

    @macspite nifty, assume from the plate that's a few years old? @seanobsdot interesting point, as macspite says the UK has a lot of restrictions around the ownership of rifles and pistols. Somewhat!

    WRUW : 14th Nov -> 19th Nov

    The bezel print looks interesting :cool: It is black. Although the pieces which affix to the bezel screws and go under the watch body (no idea of their proper name) are very dark green.

    G-Shock Army Green Series

    One of those little tanks would be genius although I'd imagine they might use a little fuel. Where do you sit when you drive the armoured car?

    G-Shock Army Green Series

    Mudmans or Mudmen, I'm not sure either. That'd be cool though, the new G*-9300 series would be a perfect match for this colorway. Wait and see I guess!

    Let's see your 1st G-Shock

    Two good first choices. @Bubbly Tubs - nice 20 year break from collecting :D

    Can you identify mystery G SHock??

    Indeed! This would be my guess, based purely on the fact this is the first G I could find with a purple second hand. G-Shock G-1000-1AER. Available here from ebay.

    WRUW : 14th Nov -> 19th Nov

    Gone with the G-2500 today. Just put it on a resin strap. Pleased enough with the results, only small snag is the resin on the bezel and strap are very obviously different....

    ..and that is why eBay can rule sometimes. There are true bargains out there for the G-shock fan with a good eye :D Nice catch!

    I'd not picked up on the different number of stars. Think Casio just added as many stars as they could in the gap...

    Let's see your 1st G-Shock

    Nobody forgets their first, right? Here is my first G, bought from a mobile phone shop (Orange) back in the early 00s. It's a G-2500 of some description, never quite figured out the exact model number. Not a big fan of the velcro strap tbh. However a new one has arrived from the US...

    G-Shock Army Green Series

    Have to say I'm quite liking the look of this new series, released as part of the November 2011 G-Shock release. Reckon the 7900, 6900 and 5600 are all strong models. More pics on the front page > http://www.g-shockzone.com/content.php?259-G-Shock-Army-Green-Series-preview
