The G-Shock GA-100B-4AJF is part of Casio Japan's August 2011 G-Shock drop. Once again Watch-Tanaka is first to get hold of this new model and get pictures out onto the web. Thanks to them for the snaps :cool:

Casio have once again teamed up with skate brand Globe to release a collaboration G-Shock along with a high top boot and cruiser board. The Globe x G-Shock GRX5600GE-1 will be available in November for USD$140, the G-Shock x Globe Comanche boot retail at USD$89.95 and the cruiser board for $179.95. Another day and another set of exclusive real world pics from Japanese watch giant Watch-Tanaka. Today Tanaka-san have posted up some images of the new G-Shock DW-6899SN-7JF, part of the Mat Dial series and part of Casio's G-Shock July 2011 new release. More pictures after the jump!
News has appeared on various Japanese G-Shock websites about the upcoming release of two One Piece G-Shock limited editions. One Piece is an award winning Japanese manga series featuring Monkey D. Luffy and his crew of Straw Hat Pirates. Pirates aside there are two limited edition which will be available for pre-order on 13th September 2011 with an expected delivery of March 2012. Both will retail at ¥18000 (USD$230) and can be pre-ordered here. The shiny red G-Shock DW-6900 is the Monkey D. Luffy edition and is limited to 9,999 pieces. For the fith year in a row G-Shock are the official timepiece supplier to the US Open Of Surfing. The event takes place between July 30th and August 7th 2011 and is one of the best attended events with over 500,000 spectators in attendance. Not to be out done by the male orientated G-Shock range Casio Japan is dropping three distinctive Baby-G models for August 2011. The three are part of the square faced Baby-G Casket line and all feature a leopard print pattern. Super styling, ironic, post-ironic or just plain wrong? Who are we to say! Casio Japan have just announced the new G-Shock releases for August 2011, looks a relatively quiet month with only three new releases. The big news is the Nigel Sylvester signature G-Shock GD-100NS-7 which we featured earlier this month. The other two new models are GA-100s, the white G-Shock GA-100B-7AJF and red G-Shock GA-100B-4AJF. More details and pictures below. Japanese website mycom has a feature on the G-Shock Edge concept store in Kagawa. The store is part of the Eye-Eye Isuzu boutique and is only one of six Edge concept stores in Japan. To celebrate the store's forth year they ran a BMX freestyle contest along with being featured on mycom. Casio USA have today officially announced the release of the Nigel Sylvester Signature G-Shock GD-100NS-7. Sylvester is a New York based pro BMX street rider who is currently sponsored by G-Shock. The G-Shock GD-100NS-7 features a white band and bezel with a contrasting black face with negative red display. Sylvester's signature features on both face, caseback and packaging. Sylvester himself says "I feel this time piece is a fantastic marriage between tough, durable and consistent but also elegant, sleek and classic. I am honored to have the opportunity to have worked on this G-Shock with Casio and anxiously looking forward to August when it will be available to the public." Casio officially sprung the brand new PROTREK PRW-2500 on the world at Baselworld 2011, now Casio Japan have announced the full specification, release date and pricing. The two initial variants the PRW-2500 with a resin band and PRW-2500T with a titanium band will be released on August 31 and September 30th respectively, both with an inital run of 1500 pieces. The PRW-2500 will retail at ¥42000 (USD$530 , GBP£330) and the PRW-2500T will retail at ¥56700 (USD$720 , GBP£445). Harajuku based Japanese clothing retailer are set to drop this new atmos x G-Shock DW-6900 collaboration late August. The model comes in a sharp red and features the atmos logo to the band and face. Casio Japan have just announced the July 2011 Baby-G new releases. This month sees six new models, three from the BG-1006 range and three from the BLX-100 range. No new models or exciting collaborations this month, rather some new color ways for two existing model ranges. The new BG-1006 are part of the new "Color Display Series" range which feature bright / sparkling dials. Both models can be had outside of Japan for well under retail price so expect to these to follow suit should Casio chose to release them outside of the domestic market. Bape have announced the upcoming release of a Bape x Baby-G BG5600 collaboration via their @BAPEOFFICIAL twitter feed. The collaboration is essentially a matt black BG-5600 featuring a uber cool Baby Milo backlight.
Casio Japan have just put up the new releases for July 2011. After last month's big news of the GW-9300 Mudman release it's no suprise it's a relatively low key month with nine new models on offer including four G-Shock DW-6900 in the new 'Mat Dial' (matt dial) series. The matt dial series feature (as best we can tell from the Japanese translation) matt dials (no surprise there), glossy bezels and matt bands. Full details when we have them. The G-Shock East store in London celebrates it's first birthday later this week. Check it out on Dray Walk (off Brick Lane) this Friday 24th June for DJ sets, refreshments and 'buy one get one free' offers. Sounds great :D
X-Large Japan are officially recommending the G-Shock GD-100-1BJF via a post on their blog. Not too clear what that means, guess they must just like it or something has been lost in the google translator. Either way there's a cool picture of a gorilla with a G-Shock so it's all win!
